1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zarify (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Zarify is a personal portfolio tracking application that allows users to:

• Track stock holdings, transactions, and cash balances.
• View portfolio performance, profit/loss, and historical snapshots.
• Monitor market price data from public sources.
• Generate reports and export data for personal use.

The App does not execute trades, offer brokerage services, or facilitate any financial transactions on your behalf.

3. No Financial Advice

Information provided by Zarify - including market prices, portfolio values, P&L calculations, XIRR, TWR, and any other data - is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Investment or trading advice or recommendations.
• Financial planning or wealth management services.
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Always consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or legal expert before making any investment decisions.

4. Data Accuracy

Market data displayed in the App is sourced from publicly available sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market data. You should not rely on this data for trading or financial decisions.

Portfolio calculations (P&L, cost basis, returns, etc.) are estimates based on the transaction data you enter and may not match actual brokerage account values due to differences in fee structures, rounding, or timing.

5. User Account and Responsibilities

To use the App you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• The accuracy and legality of the transaction data you enter.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of Zarify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zarify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from reliance on data shown in the App.
• Loss of data or corruption of portfolio records.
• Service interruptions or downtime.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. Market data availability depends on third-party public sources and is not guaranteed.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above for any material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
